Insights Dashboard
Quick View into Customer Behavior and Risk

What It Is
Insights Dashboard gives a high-level overview of what’s going on across your environment — no SQL, no exports. Just the important behavioral signals, surfaced in a clean and interactive way.
It’s useful for spotting things like refund abuse, login spikes, suspicious activity — anything that might require a closer look.
You can dig in right away and take action without waiting on someone to pull logs.
How It Works
Modules
Insights are grouped by modules — each focused on a specific use case (like
refund abuse, login anomalies, or support misuse).
Each module includes a set of visualizations built around that theme.
Insight Cards
Inside each module, you’ll see Insight cards. Each card tracks a specific behavior — like "Spike in Password Resets" or "Unusual Login Attempts."
Clicking on a card shows a line chart with 6-hour intervals across the past 7 days, so you can quickly spot trends and timing.
Event Views
For every Insight card there are also the following charts:
- Events Over Time bar chart: Top daily event types from the last 7 days, grouped to reduce noise (less frequent ones go under "Other").
- Event Distribution chart: Same data shown as proportions — good for quickly spotting what’s dominant.
Charts update automatically as you filter and explore the dashboard.
Customization
Dashboards are tailored for your setup. That means:
- We set up modules specific to your use cases.
- Visuals can be adjusted to surface the behaviors your team cares about.
Each customer sees a setup that reflects their environment and workflows.
Why It’s Useful
Fraud moves fast — and event logs aren’t always the best way to see the full picture. Insights helps you:
- Spot issues earlier: no need to dig through raw data.
- Get context: across sessions, accounts, and time.
- Reduce noise: and focus on what actually matters.
- Share what you see: make it easier to loop in others.
